We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on our eBay listings. We offer 14 day return policy. If you decide within 14 days from the date you order from us, you can return the item to us. All items returned to us as a change of mind or unwanted items must be original factory sealed to receive a refund. Actual return shipping charge are not refundable despite of free shipping offered. You also have to agree with eBay's request for mutual cancellation of the transaction to avoid unpaid strike due to the refund. Open items cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must be approved by us and issued with a RMA number before you ship to us.
